We offer a competitive flag football experience that is unmatched in talent and scope in Hampton Roads . We welcome any skill and talent level players! From first time on the field to making middle or high school football teams. This is the right league for your child to have fun in a competitive setting.

Friends play with friends! You can also bring your team! Teams are formed by coach and friend requests. We don't break teams up with drafts or evaluations. 

Under The Lights was recently acquired by Josh Harris and Unrivaled Sports. Josh Harris is the majority owner of the Washington Commanders, NJ Devils, and the 76ers. They see the value and growth in our leagues. We have created a community around our flag football leagues. Unrivaled Sports is working on the Cooperstown equivalent of Flag Football with Under The Lights paving the way!

Our Regional tournaments consist of the top talent in flag football on the East Coast. Our top teams are also eligible to participate in our National Tournamenets and AAU Junior Olympics.

Our league features two-year age-separated divisions from PreK through 8th grade. In the youngest group, coaches serve as quarterbacks to ease gameplay. As players advance, divisions transition from unlimited running to fully passing plays.
